NIPA will be collecting cleaning supplies, donations, or gift cards to benefit Whitington House Homes and Services. Whitington helps children and families in danger of homelessness, abuse or neglect. NIPA will begin collecting donations at the November Luncheon Meeting on November 21, 2017. The meeting will also feature a presentation by Adam Mildren, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney regarding accident reconstruction.

NIPA is proud to announce that Lori Wagner, RP, IRP, has been elected as NFPA Region III Director. Region III consists of paralegal associations from Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
Lori is employed by Burt, Blee, Dixon, Sutton & Bloom, LLP, and has served as NIPA's President, Secretary, Newsletter Chair, and NFPA Primary Representative.

Former NIPA President and current NFPA Primary Representative, Lori Wagner, has been nominated as NFPA Region III Director. Lori has been active in NIPA's leadership since its inception and has served as NIPA President for various terms over the years. Lori has also served as NIPA's Secretary, Newsletter Chair, and Primary Representative. Lori received the NIPA Paralegal Recognition award in 1997, 2011, and 2013, and the Indiana State Bar Association Affiliate Member Award in 2014.
