Downtown Development

 Tom Trent from Rothberg Logan & Warsco, LLP will be speaking to NIPA members at the October luncheon regarding real estate development.  We have heard a lot about downtown development projects recently with the completion of Promenade Park, continued work on The Landing, and the announcement of several upcoming buildings.  What goes into the planning of these types of projects?  What are the relevant laws that govern the development process?  What role do attorneys and paralegals play in the development process?  Tom Trent will address these questions at the October luncheon.  This is a great time to learn more about real estate development projects in our community.
